Job Summary

We're working with a leading interior design brand in Essex currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their international marketing team based in Harlow. This is a premium global brand within their specialist industry, and they have a fantastic ethos of creativity and innovation.

Role Overview

As Marcomms Coordinator you will support the Marketing Manager in delivering the global marketing plan to raise their brand profile and increase customer engagement. A busy and varied role, they are hoping to find for someone who is prepared to take the initiative and is not afraid to get stuck in. Key Responsibilities

It's essential that all applicants must be happy working in a role with a significant amount of stakeholder management, given the global nature of the role as much as 50% of the position will be supporting international team members with their marketing needs such as being hands on arranging for materials to be shipped across the globe for shows. You must be an autonomous self-starter, confident in owning these processes at every stage, and using your high attention to make sure this is a seamless process, and that stakeholders are communicated with at every stage.

The other 50% of the role will be focused on supporting with content/copy for social/email/web, working cross department to gather information/content for awards submissions and case study development, as well as some wider marketing administration. As such any exposure to social media, email marketing, web content and copywriting will be essential.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years commercial marketing experience ideally at a larger organisation where working cross department with stakeholders can be evidenced, ideally at a global level though UK wide will be considered. You will also need to be confident at communicating at all levels across a business, engaging with and supporting the marketing needs across the company, and show experience in creative marcomms production and copywriting.
