About Our Client: Our client for the Vice President of Sales opportunity is a global consumer packaged goods food manufacturer. The overall organization has production in close to 20 countries and their brands and products are distributed over 50 countries globally.
The Vice President of Sales is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the Managing Director North America. This role has full responsibility and accountability for sales and revenue generation, strategy, and customer engagement across all segments and channels. In addition to leading the sales and commercial function, the Vice President of Sales plays a strategic role in shaping company priorities and ensuring commercial execution aligns with overarching business goals and objectives. This position shares responsibility for overall business performance and company culture, providing a customer-focused approach in strategic planning and helping drive sustainable long-term growth through a more structured, data-driven process.

The Successful Applicant
Competitive base salary $275,000 - $325,000, bonus, vacation, full benefits, 401K, holidays. Working with a fast paced and growing global organization that is a market leader in the food and beverage industry with well known global brand names.
