As Account Marketing Specialist, your role will be to help facilitate sell-through of YETI products in YETI’s wholesale channel and be a big part of YETI being presented in a premium manner.

You are responsible for developing and executing the right marketing plans for the UK YETI dealers offline and online, working closely with the EMEA Account Marketing team to ensure an on brand and on time delivery of our seasonal stories and evergreen content.

The aim of your role is to create valuabl e retail marketing stories for the YETI dealers in your region and work closely with the sales agent to align on annual account marketing plans for those . This should happen through proactive relationship management of our retail partners, external agents and internal stakeholders and in close cooperation with the EMEA Marketing Team .

The Account Marketing Analyst is part of the EMEA Commercial Team and reports to the Account Marketing Manager EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and maintain the UK YETI dealer relationships from an account marketing perspective, in close cooperation and alignment with the responsible sales agent(s)

  • Be the first point of contact for marketing related questions and requests from our dealers

  • Create bespoke account marketing plans for the dealers in your region, including their seasonal instore presence, online presence and generic YETI appearance.

  • This is a key role in getting visual merchandising assets, including fixtures, signage, and digital images, placed across YETI’s dealer base. You will develop creative briefs and work with internal and external resources to bring the projects to life.

  • Work with the UK sales team to make sure all needs are considered

  • Ensure close collaboration with the EMEA Account marketing team to make sure tools are delivered on time

  • Build a reporting structure to report on campaign execution, successes and ROI

  • Discover local opportunities to increase our YETI footprint in existing stores. Think seasonal takeovers, permanently branded areas and Shop in Shop installations.

  • Ensure our YETI brand identity is upheld in all online and offline retail channels of your region.

  • Work with Key Accounts to increase our presence online in the form of elevated brand stores and brand presence on relevant website slots, as well as integration in newsletter and social media activities

  • Create year-round marketing plans with the YETI Key Accounts

  • Help optimize marketing programs in partnership with the Account Marketing Team, to create promotional programs representing needs of your retailers

  • Frequent store visit to tighten retailer relationships, discover new insights and opportunities and ensure YETI VM standards are met

  • Lead & coordination of retail-based events & trade shows, including staffing, physical asset management (e.g., presentation, product samples) and being the YETI representative on-site.

  • Help manage the UK retail seeding budget

  • Own sample order process for UK Sales agents

  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities in your market, gathering market and product insights

  • Support, audit and measure the effectiveness of account plans, events and marketing initiatives

  • Identifying future market trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field

  • 4+years of relevant Retail Marketing or VM Experience (brand, outdoor, retail & lifestyle experience)

  • Good understanding of brand building and integrated marketing approaches

  • Proven experience with marketing & communications mix in an international environment

  • Understanding and knowledge of administrative marketing (invoicing, budgeting, planning, reports)

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions

  • Driven & energetic, trend-conscious

  • Flexibility to work on own initiative or within team and cross-functional framework

  • You’ve been told you are a strong communicator. You’re also personable. Combined with your desire to finish tasks quickly leads you to pick up the phone or take a walk to meet someone in person in order to resolve a communication gap rather than keep the email chain going.

  • Excellent organizational and management skills: ability to multi-task, combining strategy and execution.

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to get things done.

  • You are naturally service-oriented and enjoy working with people to ensure our partners receive the red-carpet treatment. Having a customer-service attitude and a communication style that presents the YETI brand favorably will be of utmost importance.

  • Fluency in English, other European language skills are a plus (German, French, Italian, Dutch and/or Spanish)

  • Ability to travel

  • You have a genuine interest in the outdoors and the YETI lifestyle and most importantly, the YETI core values will naturally resonate with you.

  • Must have the right to work in England at the time of application
