To support the continued growth of our Life Sciences BU, we are creating a Junior Market Analyst role to strengthen commercial and strategic decision-making. This role offers early-career exposure to senior leaders, complex global markets and high-impact commercial projects.

The role

This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence, strategy enablement and commercial execution. The focus is on building a structured, fact-based understanding of drug delivery markets and translating insight into clear commercial priorities.

Working on hybrid basis with 2/3 days on-site, the role could be based from our manufacturing facility in Brno, Czech Republic or our central London headquarters. Working closely with commercial, strategy and business development leaders, you will support decisions on where to compete, how to position our capabilities, and how to prioritise customers and investment across self-injection systems, inhalation, wearable injectors, cartridges, pens and emerging delivery technologies.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain bottom-up market sizing models including TAM, SAM and SOM by therapy area, geography and delivery modality
  • Track competitive dynamics across platforms, pipelines, partnerships, pricing and manufacturing strategies
  • Analyse pharma and biotech development pipelines to identify future demand signals for drug delivery devices
  • Support go-to-market strategy through segmentation, targeting and account prioritisation analysis
  • Prepare structured market intelligence dashboards and briefing packs for commercial and leadership reviews
  • Translate regulatory, reimbursement and technology trends into clear commercial implications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, R&D and Operations to ensure insights drive commercial action
Experience and skills
  • Degree and preferably PhD (but not essential) in Biosciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or a related discipline
  • Some experience gained within Medtech, Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare consulting or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect or incomplete data
  • Commercially curious, structured and outcome-focused
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using market intelligence or industry databases is advantageous
Why join Carclo?
  • Early exposure to senior commercial leaders and strategic decision-making in your career
  • Opportunity to work in a regulated, technically complex drug delivery environment

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
