Job summary
A charitable hospice organization in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced individual to lead Clinical Administration. The role involves overseeing Clinical Coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services through effective administrative support. Candidates must have supervisory experience in healthcare, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The position requires flexibility to cover absences and a commitment to confidentiality in all functions.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience is essential, ideally within an administrative function in a healthcare setting.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing a team of Clinical Coordinators, ensuring effective administrative support.
- Enhancing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
- Working closely with the Clinical Director and Medical Director.
