Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing a warehouse operation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Extensive experience in delivering Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
• Experience with KPI and budgetary responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.

• Meet and exceed safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team for optimal performance.
• Seek continuous improvement initiatives in operations.

• Manage stock movements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with goods movement regulations.
• Be a strong team leader to develop staff effectively.
