Job title: Commercial Operations Director - Norwich

Salary range: £70-90k + £6k car allowance + 20% OTE bonus

Atkinson Moss Leadership recruitment have been retained to support in the appointment of a Commercial Operations Director, to lead our clients Norwich operation and play a pivotal role in doubling the business from £6.5m to £12m. This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused leadership role where you'll shape strategy, drive performance, and unlock new market opportunities.

You'll oversee a workforce of 35 (20 FTE), leading them through a period of transformation as the business completes its full digitisation journey.

What you'll be doing:
  • Drive Commercial Growth: Lead revenue, profit, and sales strategy, identifying new markets and opportunities to support the company's ambitious scale‑up plans.
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee operations, and service delivery to maximise productivity, workforce performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build a High‑Performing Team: Coach and develop leaders, embed a positive, accountable culture, and ensure strong talent development and succession planning.
  • Shape Strategy & Influence Direction: Use data, insights, and board‑level reporting to guide decision‑making, champion change, and deliver continuous business improvement.
