Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Europe
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale HR benefits programs
  • Expertise in developing scalable AI-enabled solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of benefits-related data analysis
  • Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification
