Job summary
A growing construction company in the UK is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential groundworks and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, managing contract performance, and maintaining client relationships. Competitive salary of £90,000 to £120,000 per annum plus benefits, including a car allowance or company car.

- Arrange resources for project delivery.
