We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Estates team and help maintain and enhance a large university estate.
The Role
You will manage term maintenance and minor works contracts, ensuring value for money, compliance with procurement regulations, and high-quality service delivery. Working closely with the Head of Development, you will provide cost estimates for minor and medium works and support feasibility studies for larger projects.
