Job Title: Contracts Manager

The successful candidate will join our Leicestershire-based office on a permanent basis. They should have a strong background in contract management and will join a well-established team within a specialist passive fire protection company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple passive fire protection contracts from award through to completion
  • Overseeing site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors across live projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant fire safety regulations and company standards
  • Monitoring progress, variations, and commercial performance of contracts
  • Supporting and leading site teams to maintain quality and productivity
  • Assisting with final accounts, handovers, and project close-out
