What you'll do:

  • Oversee all aspects of contract management for hoarding projects from initial lead generation through tendering, negotiation, execution, and completion.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favourable agreements that align with organisational goals.
  • Monitor ongoing contract compliance by ensuring all parties adhere to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout each project phase.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and legal advisors to identify potential risks early on and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive records of contracts, amendments, correspondence, and performance metrics for audit readiness.
  • Analyse contract performance data regularly to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all contracts comply fully with relevant industry regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely reports on contract status, risks, and key milestones to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Support business development initiatives by assisting in the preparation of proposals and tender documents related to hoarding contracts.
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal teams to promote open communication and successful project outcomes.
