The Role - Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager (Facade/Cladding)

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade and cladding projects. The initial focus will be on sites in the Northern home counties. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering envelope, cladding or façade projects, along with strong commercial, technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre‑construction through to handover
• Lead and coordinate multiple site teams
• Ensure all works meet quality, compliance and safety standards
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and risk management
