The Role - Electrical Contracts Manager

You will manage the full lifecycle of multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position involves operational leadership, labour allocation, commercial oversight, and consistent client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, industrial and new build electrical projects
• Programme, plan and deliver multiple jobs simultaneously
• Oversee engineers, subcontractors, and apprentices
• Ensure all works meet compliance, quality and H&S standards
• Handle procurement, materials and supplier management
• Support estimating, tenders and pricing
• Monitor budgets, variations and commercial performance
• Build strong client relationships and secure repeat business
• Improve internal processes, reporting and communication
