A prominent housing association seeks a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join their team in Oxfordshire. Responsibilities include conducting compliance checks, handling small repairs, and ensuring high standards of service for key worker and student accommodations. Ideal candidates will have prior maintenance experience, proficiency in basic repairs, and a full UK driving licence. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, along with benefits such as 25 days of annual leave, a company van, and a fuel card.
