Qualifications
Experience in social housing is essential.
Full UK driving licence with less than 9 points required.
Responsabilités
Carry out compliance checks and minor repairs.
Complete small repairs in accommodation.
Support property managers by moving items across sites.
Ensure compliance requirements are met.
Provide excellent customer care.
