• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role.

• Manage a portfolio of active clients within the Transcription Sales team.
• Handle incoming enquiries, including discovery, quotation, and negotiation.
• Liaise with the Production team to ensure client deadlines are managed effectively.
