A global leader in financial administration is looking for a Client Manager to work in their London office. The role involves building relationships with clients, managing proxy solicitation services, and ensuring effective project delivery for key AGM accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience and knowledge of proxy advisory services, contributing to the company’s success. This role offers flexibility and a supportive work environment.

As a Client Manager you will build relationships with our clients, helping them to navigate our proxy solicitation services, drive client engagement and be a trusted advocate internally! If you have a proven track record of building relationships, driving client engagement and knowledge of the proxy advisory services, or adjacent, industries, then this may be a fit for you!
A role you will love
As a Client Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of client projects, from planning to implementation, and reporting. You will be allocated a suite of key AGM accounts from our FTSE350 client base to manage relationships, and the delivery of M&A and Shareholder Activism projects.
You will be expected to retain a book of regular clients and over time expand the services received by each client with the objective of increasing the team’s revenues and contributing to the achievement of annual financial targets.
