Shift patterns: Working any 5 from 7, 6am‑2pm & 2pm‑10pm on rotation

Pay: £16.50 per hour.

Location: Bristol (BS30 area).

Immediate start.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor productivity and quality, implementing improvements where needed.
• Manage resource planning and shift allocation to meet operational demands.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Role Would Suit People Who:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• IT literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
