About your role: We need White Goods engineers to join our team of experienced Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas Service Promise of same‑day fix for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Attend customers’ homes to repair and maintain an array of white goods and appliances.
• Receive plenty of support from managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues.
• Handle some challenging jobs requiring a minimum of 2 years on‑the‑job experience to tackle most tasks.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive evidenced experience in the repair and/or maintenance of a wide range of white goods including dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers and microwaves.
• Strong customer service skills and problem‑solving abilities to diagnose defects and achieve a first‑time fix while working safely.
