- Maintenance and growth of allocated accounts
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
- Negotiate and close agreements to maximise profits
- Managing enquiries and processing quotations responsibly and intelligently to maximise upsell and act in the best interest of the client
- Quotation follow‑up and negotiation to convert into orders
- Updating and maintaining the CRM with details on communication made or received
- Excellent attention to detail and a great communicator
- Experience with technical or M&E products
- Commercial mindset with great attention to detail
