Job Role: Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Peterborough (applications welcome from surrounding counties)
Salary: £48,000–£49,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Overtime @ 1.5x)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

- Plan and carry out preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete risk assessments.
- Support production via a 1-in-4 callout rota.
- Promote safety and continuous improvement across the site.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing as a maintenance engineer.
- Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / Apprenticeship).
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair.
- Good communicator with problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
