Overview

Working in modern, purpose built (clean and warm) manufacturing facilities we now require a site-based Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role
  • To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
  • Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns.

PPM's – The ideal candidate/ Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

  • Time served apprentice trained or above.
  • Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similar.
  • An electrical understanding changing like for like parts and basic fault finding would be beneficial if you do not have electrical certifications (Electrical training can be given – the company provide electrical courses offsite).
Commutable from

Mountsorrel, Barrow upon Soar, Loughborough, Rothley, Leicester and surrounding areas.
