Maintenance Electrician

Job Description
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance on large scale commercial facilities in the Leeds area. The role is a Permanent position paying circa £42-43k basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, days 07:30 - 16:00.
No on-call. Overtime available.
- Completing electrical maintenance across the estate.
- To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
- To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, and building services plant room electrical systems.
- To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
- To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.
- To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines.
- You will be expected to have good all-round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance.
- Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
- Compliance checks.
- Small works projects.
- Some supervision of sub-contractors including permits issue etc.
- Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3.
- Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance.
- 18th edition.
- Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
- Must be presentable and reliable.
