- £28,000–£30,000 per annum
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (you’ll get 2 weekdays off that week)

- Source, attract and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations, client requirements and industry standards.
- Meet and exceed your placement targets while actively supporting the wider team.
- Guide candidates through their journey – from first contact to induction and beyond.
- Build strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sites.
- Work closely with our referencing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Lead on onboarding processes – from booking assessments and e‑learning, to supporting day‑one check‑ins.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to date.
- Communicate regularly with placed candidates to support retention.
- Someone who’s proactive and confident solving problems before they escalated

- Someone who takes real ownership of their work and delivers on their commitments
- Commercial awareness – you understand how great recruitment drives client performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
