This opportunity will lead to a Duty Accredited Solicitor preparing both legal aid and privately funded criminal defence cases and attending Police Stations, Magistrates Court, Youth Court, and Crown Court. We are inviting applications from qualified solicitors, from NQ upwards. You will possess the following attributes:
- Strong criminal defence background
- Experience attending Police Stations, Magistrates Courts, Youth Courts and Crown Courts
- Either have or be close to attaining your Duty Scheme Accreditation
