Planning Solicitor - Milton Keynes

This is an exciting opportunity for a planning solicitor to join this leading L500 rated firm. The firm are looking to expand their department with the recruitment of an additional solicitor. The successful candidate will have broad knowledge including:

• General planning such as s106, s38, s278 and other planning and infrastructure agreements, and experience of working with and/or against local planning authorities
• Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development
• Managing Planning based projects
• General Commercial Property experience
• Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses) and environmental law will be advantageous

You will also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
