Qualificações

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
- Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Qualified or Non Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of1 year experience inPersonal Injury Litigation - preferably inclaimant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a defendant background
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
