Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Thriving Legal 500 Firm – Altrincham

You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commerciallitigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.

Your work will involve:

• Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
• Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
• Supporting business development and client relationship management

• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+years PQE with experience in commercial litigation)
• Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth
• Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels
