Job summary
A leading investment firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Paralegal to join their legal team in London. This one-year contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers, handling commercial contracts, NDAs, and KYC inquiries. Candidates should have at least one year of paralegal experience and a strong understanding of commercial contracts. We are partnering with a top-tier, multi-strategy investment firm, one of the most successful and profitable hedge funds in the world, to hire a Paralegal for their London legal team. This role will involve working closely with senior lawyers, and you’ll be taking on the commercial contracts workload, reviewing a range of agreements, handling NDAs, and supporting on KYC-related questions.
