Overview
Project Leadership and Governance (40%)
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for EU Fair Pay Directive compliance, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Establish a project governance framework and reporting cadence to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and external consultants.
Stakeholder Management & Change Management (30%)
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and impacts to senior leadership and employee groups.
  • Ensure alignment between HR systems, payroll, and analytics functions for accurate pay data reporting.
  • Lead change management and training efforts to build organizational awareness and readiness.
  • Develop comms approach / plan with P&C and TR Comms to ensure employees and managers are informed of the changes and understand employee’s rights.
Documentation & Reporting (30%)
  • Maintain all project documentation, including risk registers, compliance roadmaps, and audit evidence.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal leadership and external regulators (as applicable).
