A great opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a law firm with an excellent work/life balance in their Oxford office. They require an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor with a strong background in Mental Health and Community Care to manage a full caseload and assist in the development of the Court of Protection function.
This exciting and busy role will enable the Court of Protection Solicitor to interview clients, draft applications, court orders, prepare court bundles, attending court and undertaking advocacy, and/or instructing counsel where necessary.
The successful Solicitor will have a good understanding of public funding, Court of Protection, mental health and care together with proven leadership, self motivation and business development experience.
