Due to planned growth, my client is seeking a locum Private Client Solicitor to join their team in London.

Assignment Details

• Locum position
• Initial duration: 3 months
• High likelihood of extension or potential permanent route
• Hybrid arrangement with preferred office attendance Tuesday-Thursday
• Immediate start preferred.

• Manage a full probate caseload, including complex grant‑only and estate administration matters.
• Serve as the main client contact, conducting initial calls and providing clear, empathetic guidance throughout.
• Support estate planning matters such as wills, with potential involvement in trusts where relevant.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
• Assist with the improvement of templates, workflows and processes suited to a fast‑paced environment.
• Support additional projects that naturally arise within a high‑growth setting.
