Our client is seeking a bright and motivated Legal Assistant to join their team abd provide comprehensive and confidential support to the property law team. This is a busy, varied role, and duties will include transaction support (property sales etc), due diligence, liaising ith clients, document management, compliance and general administrative support to help with the smooth running of the department on a day to day basis.
Previous experience in a legal or property-related role would be preferred, and candidates must demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of property law would be ideal, but a positive attitude and genuine desire to learn is key!
