A prominent law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to manage a caseload of claims from start to finish. Qualifications

  • 3+ years' PQE/CILEX preferred, but qualified by experience also considered.
  • Proven experience handling housing disrepair or civil litigation matters.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-action protocols, CPR, and evidential requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from cradle to grave.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, accurate legal advice to clients.
  • Prepare and draft key legal documentation, including pleadings and correspondence.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to secure positive case outcomes.
