We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (NQ to mid-level) for a prestigious regional law firm. This role offers the chance to develop a real specialism in Corporate Law working with fascinating clients.
Ideal candidates will have experience with high-end clients in Corporate matters such as M&A, private equity, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, secondary issues, and reorganisations. Experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
You will work directly alongside the Partner, developing your expertise in general Corporate work. The role offers excellent career progression, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with national and multinational clients within a collegiate environment.
