The Role

The firm is seeking a Construction Lawyer (3+ year PQE) either in a contentious or non‑contentious capacity to join their busy team in the vibrant Manchester office (City).

Their construction expertise includes bonds, contracts, due diligence, partnering, procurement, insolvency, funding, joint ventures, development and maintenance. You will be working within a leading team with a large and varied clientele.

Requirements

• You are a Construction Lawyer with 3+ PQE (there is a consideration for more senior candidates for a senior position).
• You have experience in either contentious or non‑contentious matters.
• You have excellent technical and commercial ability.
• You can handle your own caseload of high‑quality work.
