We’re working with a boutique property law firm in North East London who are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with at least two years’ experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice that does things differently.

The role is focused on Commercial Property work, including:

• Landlord & tenant matters (drafting and negotiating leases)
• Commercial sales and purchases
• Development work
• Secured lending

You’ll bring:

• At least two years’ commercial property experience
• Strong technical skills and confidence handling your own caseload
• A motivated, can-do attitude
• A preference for a friendly, collaborative environment over big-firm formality
