Qualifications
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Trade Mark Attorney.
- Strong grounding in EU trade mark prosecution and EUIPO practice.
- Experience in advising on clearance and contentious registry proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Advise on EU trade mark clearance, protection, and brand strategy.
- Manage EUIPO filings and portfolio maintenance.
- Respond to office actions and advise on strategy.
