• 0-4 years PQE in defamation, privacy, confidentiality and/or data protection.
• Experience in advising on all stages of the claims cycle from pre-action to litigated claims.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on defamation, privacy breach of confidence claims and data protection matters.
• Handle claims involving misuse of private information.
• Represent clients in proceedings and settlement negotiations.
• Develop technical and commercial knowledge.
