A well established and respected Belfast law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE who enjoys managing varied and challenging corporate transactions, building strong client relationships, and working as part of a forward thinking legal team.

• Advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other corporate documentation.
• Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporate entities.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes from inception to completion.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.

• Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (flexible working arrangements available)
• Location: Belfast Office

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in corporate and/or commercial law.
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently while providing clear, commercially sound advice.
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate law and related commercial matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
