Qualifications

  • Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential.
  • A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Previous exposure to case management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales.
  • Compiling and sending out draft contract papers.
  • Drafting AP1's and TR1's.
  • Requesting searches, dealing with Land Registry and SDLT.
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries.

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our progressive client in Salisbury who are actively recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and mortgages
  • Compiling and sending out draft contract papers
  • Drafting AP1's and TR1's
  • Requesting searches
  • Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements
What you will need to succeed:
  • Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
  • A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Previous exposure to case management systems, and the ability to use online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
  • Excellent organisational skills
