Job summary
A growing values-led firm in South Manchester is seeking an ambitious employment solicitor to lead and grow a high-potential employment offering. This role offers autonomy in shaping the team and service direction, with a pathway to progression. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' PQE in employment law and a commercial mindset. The position offers a competitive salary bracket of £60,000–£70,000 and hybrid working options.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious employment solicitor to join a growing, values-led firm inSouthManchester and reintroduce a core service line with full support from the senior leadership team.

Who we’re looking for
- 6+ PQE in employment law
- Confident working independently on employer-focused matters
- Commercial mindset with BD or networking experience
- Organised, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally
- Entrepreneurial and motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful
- £60,000–£70,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working (after initial onboarding)
