• You will deal with a broad range of work, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1+ years PQE
• You should have a good technical knowledge and experience of dealing with the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
