A Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant is required for a progressive practice located close to Hoddesdon on the Herts/Essex border.

• Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions
• Manage ID checks, client documentation and searches
• Liaise with clients and support case progression
• Help improve efficiency and client experience
• Perform general administrative duties across the department as required

• Minimum of 6 months experience in residential conveyancing
• Presents outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Be enthusiastic and want to be part of a supportive working environment
• IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
• Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated

• Salary of around the 24,000 - 26,000 depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working after completion of probation period
• Corporate Pension scheme
