Qualifications

• Experience in handling Employment Law matters including Employment Litigation & Employment Tribunals.
• Prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a caseload including claims related to discrimination and unfair dismissal.
• Provide advice on employment law issues and claims against the Authority.
• Draft ET3’s and defend Equal Pay Claims, Whistle Blowing Claims, and Disability Claims.
