- Advising on a wide range of issues across agriculture and landed estates
- Building and maintaining knowledge across the sector, sharing insights and working closely with colleagues firm-wide
- Supporting and developing client relationships, while identifying and referring wider business opportunities
- Actively engaging in business development and networking initiatives
- Applications are sought from Agriculture Solicitors with between 4–8 years’ PQE
- Previous experience in agricultural law – or broader property experience with strong interest in the sector
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
- Excellent drafting skills and legal technical ability
- Strong commercial awareness
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused
