Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and property development projects
• Managing landlord and tenant matters
• Working closely with senior partners and clients throughout the UK
• Advising clients across retail, technology, and health care sectors
• Supporting the growth and success of the Leeds real estate team
• Helping with business development

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be / have;

• A solicitor or equivalent with around 4 years PQE in real estate law
• Experienced in commercial property transactions, including landlord & tenant
• Comfortable advising a diverse client base across multiple sectors
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently and collaboratively
• Skilled in building strong client relationships and working within a team
• Ties to Leeds

• Competitive salary ranging from £66,000 to £72,000 per annum.
