• Due diligence supporting real estate finance and corporate transactions.
• General management work including surrenders and lease renewals.

• Acting for landlords and tenants re: grant of new business leases on existing/newly constructed properties
• Due diligence supporting real estate finance and corporate transactions
• General management work including surrenders, asset management licences, easements and lease renewals

You

• NQ -2 years PQE in commercial property/real estate
• Experience of property management and development an advantage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and drafting skills
