Your work will centre on high‑quality probate and estate administration, supported by wills, LPAs and the chance to build on trusts or Court of Protection work if that’s an area you’re keen to develop. You’ll manage your own workload with autonomy, backed by a friendly and collaborative team.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have solid experience in probate‑led private client work (1‑5 years PQE, but flexible)
• Are confident running a mix of taxable and non‑taxable estates
• Communicate clearly and sensitively with clients
• Enjoy contributing to the growth of a team through networking and client relationships
• STEP or SFE accreditation is a plus, and the firm can support ongoing development.

Hybrid working is available (typically 2‑3 in the office), with some flexibility depending on experience. The salary goes up to £55,000, with a team‑based bonus structure offering additional earning potential.
