A leading London law firm is seeking a Property Finance Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support on live transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real-estate finance and strong academic credentials. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of lenders, maintaining excellent service and relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Property Finance Paralegal role in London. You will work closely with the fee earners and partners and provide legal and administrative support on live transactions, working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
The firm acts for a range of lenders in relation to short‑term and development financing for commercial, residential and mixed‑use property assets. You will work with a wide variety of bridging and development lenders who have long‑standing relationships with the firm, and you will be expected to work closely with them, supporting the lawyers to maintain those strong relationships by providing an excellent service.
If you have good academics along with at least 1 year’s experience of working in a real‑estate finance position and are seeking a new opportunity in a thriving and progressive London law firm, then this could be the role for you.
